What is included in our Start Up Package:
Assist with HMRC and Companies House statutory filing requirements.
We will file your first and second-years accounts with Companies House. This includes preparing the necessary paperwork such as your Confirmation Statement form CS01 and we will also prepare statutory abbreviated accounts.
Manage tax registrations.
We’ll take care of all the necessary tax registrations applications HMRC so you don’t have to worry. We will ask you about your business and advise what taxes you need to register for.
Tax return submission including Corporation Tax
We will look at your business’s financial activity over the year and determine how much tax you should pay. We will take care of the appropriate tax filings such as Corporation Tax return. Please note that VAT returns are quoted separately to this offer.
Monthly payroll for 2 Directors
As a Director of a Limited Company, you may decide to pay yourself a salary. Monthly payroll for up to two employees is included in this offer.
Who is this package designed for?
- New Limited Companies that are less than 6 months old and need financial and tax support for their first 18 months in business.

- Less than £200,000 turnover

Self-Assessment return preparation for up to two 2 Directors
Most Company Directors will be required to file Self-Assessment Returns with HMRC no later than 31 January each year and will include all the income you have earned from the company and other sources.
Xero premium subscription

What does it cost?
- £99+VAT per month for 18 months
*This is a fixed monthly cost for new companies that avail of this offer within the first 6 months after incorporation. Note that businesses who sign up between 2-6 months after incorporation will still need to pay the initial month’s fees, as a once-off cost, to ensure that financial information is up to date from the moment your company is incorporated.
