Are you a small or midsize company looking for an accountant that can prioritise excellent customer service ?
Exchange Accountants are here to help with our SME Growing Company Accounts Package.
We will be responsible for all of your accounting and compliance requirements, managing your filing obligations with Companies House and filing returns such as Corporation Tax , VAT and PAYE returns.
We also provide ongoing expert advice so you can have peace of mind that your company is compliant and you feel supported throughout your business journey. Exchange can tailor these services depending on the size, industry and complexity of your business.
For a fixed monthly fee of £199 + VAT you’ll receive:
Annual accounts preparation (turnover up to £1 million)
Corporation Tax return
Confirmation Statement form CS01 and any other company secretarial requirements
Up to 4 Directors Self-Assessment returns
Who is this package designed for?
- Sole traders or small or medium companies that need a trusted accounting team.
- Turnover up to £1 Million
Payroll processing for up to 10 employees
Included in our Growing Company SME Accounts Package is the calculation and processing of payroll, as well as access to payroll software, for a maximum of 10 employees. During our Consultation Call, we will determine the precise number of employees in order to adjust the fee accordingly
Bookkeeping & quarterly VAT return preparation and submissions
Our standard Growing Company SME Accounts Package comprises bookkeeping services and VAT returns for a maximum of 100 sales and purchases transactions.
Additionally, we provide 3 hours of bookkeeping support each month.
If you have specific bookkeeping and VAT requirements, please feel free to discuss them with us and we will be glad to explore the service options that best suit your needs.
Access to online accounting and payroll software
We are proud Xero Platinum Partners and we can help move your business accounts online. You’ll receive discounted access to Premium Xero accounting software (usual price £40+VAT per month).
If you are new to accounting software, we offer a comprehensive Xero set-up service that handles all the initial steps, relieving you from the burden of data entry.
If you are currently using a different software and wish to transition to Xero, our team of Xero certified advisors can assist you with a seamless conversion process. We will ensure that all your information is accurately transferred to Xero, so you can smoothly transition to the new software.
In addition, should you require it, we will provide you with access to online Payroll software for easy staff payroll management
